Auditions

Auditions and Drumline Camp will be held on August 4th - 8:30-11:30 and August 5th to August 8th from 9:30-11:30 each day at Rockhurst High school. Please wear tennis shoes, as some days will involve marching outside.

The audition process will consist of students playing through basic exercises at various tempos, as well as playing through the audition piece.

The best way to prepare for auditions would be to set up private lessons with me or another private percussion teacher through the summer. Please don't hesitate to contact me for more information on lessons.

The material below needs to be prepared up to tempo for the auditions during the first day of drumline mini camp. Please prepare the music on the instrument that you are wanting to audition for. (You are welcome to audition on more than one instrument.)
