RH Family Medical Center:

Rock Hill Schools and the Family Medical Centers are offering an intensive school-based support program in youth services!

Is it challenging to keep track of appointments, school, and day to day responsibilities? Our Youth Engagement Specialist, Hannah Curry, is a wonderful resource to help with these concerns.

Hannah will be working with youth and families to coordinate care with close contact and making connections with community resources that can help in many ways. The Youth Engagement Specialist is EXTRA support and will work closely with the clinical staff at the Family Medical Center and school faculty at Rock Hill Schools.

Hannah Curry serves as a the Youth Engagement Specialist in Rock Hill School District. She has her BA in Psychology and is working on obtaining her MA in School Counseling. She has a passion for helping youth and looks forward to serving the amazing children in the Rock Hill School System! You can contact Hannah directly or request referral forms through Rock Hill Elementary Front Office, or from the Rock Hill Elementary School Counselor.
