Alternative Assignment
Students:
Those who DID NOT submit 6 out of 10 field day event scores are expected to complete an alternative assignment titled ALTERNATIVE ASSIGNMENT.
Your name can be found on the List if you need to complete the Alternative Assignment.
Click the Image titled Students: Alternative Assignment.
If you DO find your name posted on the List, you must turn in the correct Grade Level Assignment to your current P.E teacher by Monday June 8.
Those who complete their 6th Event(s) on Friday, you will be removed from the list and will not be expected to complete the alternative assignment.
Late scores will not be accepted.
Names that are NOT on the list, you are not expected to complete the alternative assignment.

Find the correct current GRADE LEVEL and TEACHER.
You will only turn in your one grade level assignment to your current P.E Teacher.
It is HIGHLY suggested that you first read all of the questions on the google form and hand write your answers before submitting the assignment.
The reason for this: If you begin the assignment, leave the page, and go back to completing your work, EVERYTHING will be gone, lost, deleted.
