The RCS Mental Health Advisory is chaired by the Behavioral Health Department and is made up of many stakeholders that collaboratively work with Rockingham County Schools to support mental health implementationIt is the mission of the RCS Mental Health Advisory through a collaborative and comprehensive approach between Rockingham County Schools and community mental health providers, to ensure access to a full continuum of high-quality and well-coordinated mental health services for our students (RCS Mental Health Advisory Council, 2018 and updated 2021).
