Hello to my Magnificent Family!

I am Chelsea Daniels-McGirt and welcome to my website! I have been blessed with the purpose of teaching and guiding today's youth through education, and I must say it has been such a blast!

I am a 3rd and 4th grade teacher at South End Elementary in Reidsville NC. I am going into my second year as a classroom teacher. However, I have been teaching all together for 3 years, and each of those years have been here at South End! I am from Madison, NC, so the Rockingham County area I have known all of my life.

I am married to my amazing husband Niko, who is also in the teaching profession! We share our beautiful, loving and spunky daughter, Costner Louise, and she is definitely a "THREEnager"!

I graduated from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University with my Bachelors of Science in Journalism and Mass Communications with a concentration in Multimedia, and a Minor in Professional Theatre. I am almost at the finish line with earning my Masters in Elementary Education from North Carolina A&T State University! So it's safe to say it's all AGGIE PRIDE in this house!

I love how life has brought me to becoming a teacher. I enjoy teaching such a diverse group of students at South End, and encourage them to be unique, bold, kind, respectful, proud of who they are, and most importantly, MAGNIFICENT! I thrive on teaching morals and values within my classroom, while digging deep to find who each of my students are. I bring tons of energy, and meet my babies where they are. Embracing their learning capacities as well as their backgrounds is the core of my classroom. I look forward to learning alongside them, encouraging them, and challenging them to grow not only in education, but in all aspects of life. My love for the youth and education will forever guide my heart.
