For most minor issues with Chromebooks:
1. Log out
2. Power off (may need to force power off by holding power button down and counting to 30)
3. Reboot
If that does not fix it:
1. Call the RCS Help Desk at Extension 72700
2. Fill out the MHS Chromebook Services Work Request Form
After you fill out the form, you will be called to the Media Center.
3. Have teacher call to see if you can be sent to the library. Do not assume Mrs. Wotring is available.
Need help with IAM Account (to access Canvas), or NET ID or email passwords:

For Major Chromebook issues (cracked screens, Chrome OS error messages, etc):
1. You will need to see Mrs. Wotring
2. Come by the library on your own time before or after school
3. Have teacher call to see if you can be sent to the library. Do not assume Mrs. Wotring is available.
