Flashback Cam is a camera application that allows users to capture past moments using a rolling buffer system.
All video and audio processing happens entirely on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store your media on any external server.
Flashback Cam collects the minimum information necessary for app functionality and subscription validation.

Audio recordings
Contacts
Messages
Files
Names
Email addresses
Phone numbers
All captured media remains stored locally on your device.
The iOS version may collect limited non-personal technical information:

Flashback Cam requires the following permissions:
Used to display live preview and record video.
Used to record audio with video.
Used to save recorded videos to your Photos app.
Flashback Cam does NOT:
Record in the background
Record when screen is off
Record secretly
Upload camera feed
Transmit audio or video externally
All recording happens only when you actively use the app.
Flashback Cam includes a rolling video buffer feature.
The buffer activates only when you tap “Start Buffer”
It temporarily stores the last 5–30 seconds of video in memory
Older frames are automatically overwritten
Nothing is permanently saved unless you tap “Save”
The buffer:
Exists only while active
Is stored locally in device memory
Is deleted automatically when stopped
Never leaves your device
No hidden or background recording occurs.
We use limited technical information solely to:
Maintain app functionality
Verify subscriptions via Apple StoreKit
Improve app stability
Prevent fraud
We do not:
Sell personal data
Rent personal data
Share media content
Use data for advertising
Flashback Cam uses:

Apple processes payment information in accordance with Apple’s Privacy Policy.
We do not access or store payment card details.
No other third-party analytics or advertising SDKs are used in the iOS version.
Technical Note: The app binary may include shared framework code (Google Mobile Ads SDK) from the cross-platform codebase with Android. All advertising functionality is completely disabled on iOS and the SDK is never initialized. No ad-related data collection occurs on iOS.
Videos: Stored only on your device until deleted
Buffer data: Temporary and auto-deleted
Subscription receipts: Managed by Apple
Device technical data: Stored locally and cleared upon uninstall
We do not maintain external servers storing user data.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before expiration

We do not process payments directly. All billing is handled by Apple.
Lifetime purchase option may be available as a one-time payment.
You can:
Delete videos directly from your Photos app
Stop buffer recording anytime
Revoke permissions via iOS Settings
Uninstall the app to remove all app data
Manage subscriptions via Apple ID settings
We do not:
Hide cancellation options
Mislead users about pricing
Use deceptive subscription flows
Force subscription through misleading design
Pricing and renewal terms are clearly displayed before purchase.
