BetterPose AI users may permanently delete their account and associated personal data either within the app or by submitting a deletion request through email.
If you can access BetterPose AI:
Sign in to your BetterPose AI account.
Open Profile.
Select Delete Account.
Review the deletion notice.
Confirm that you understand the deletion is permanent.
Select Delete Account again to complete the request.
Your account will be signed out after deletion.
If you cannot access the app, have uninstalled it, or cannot sign in, email:

BetterPose AI Account Deletion Request
Include:
The email address or sign-in method associated with your BetterPose AI account.
A brief statement confirming that you want your BetterPose AI account permanently deleted.
For your security, Roch Enterprises may ask you to verify that you own the account before processing the request.
Do not send your password, payment-card details, Google password, purchase token, or other sensitive credentials.
Account deletion removes data associated with your BetterPose AI account from active application systems, including:
Your BetterPose AI authentication account.
Your user profile.
Remaining free, subscription, and purchased app credits.
Subscription and entitlement access stored within BetterPose AI.
Source photos uploaded to BetterPose AI.
Custom pose uploads.
AI-generated photos.
Generation history and related application records.
Saved preferences associated with your account.
Active push-notification tokens.
Active application sessions.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Deleted photos, generated images, credits, and account history cannot be restored.
In-app account deletion is initiated immediately.
Email deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days after any necessary account-ownership verification. We will contact you if additional information is required.
Copies of deleted information may remain temporarily in encrypted disaster-recovery backups until those backups are overwritten or deleted through the normal backup cycle, which may take up to 90 days.
Roch Enterprises may retain limited information where reasonably necessary or legally required, including:
Purchase and transaction records required for accounting, tax, or legal compliance.
Records needed for fraud prevention, security, or abuse investigation.
Records necessary to resolve disputes or enforce legal rights.
A minimal record showing that a deletion request was received and completed.
Retained information will not be used to continue providing the deleted BetterPose AI account. It will be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
Deleting your BetterPose AI account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Google Play.
To prevent future renewal:
Open the Google Play Store.
Select your profile picture.
Open Payments & subscriptions.
Select Subscriptions.
Select BetterPose AI.
Select Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
You may also manage subscriptions through the Google Play Subscription Center.
Deleting the account may immediately remove access to remaining credits and subscription benefits inside BetterPose AI, even if time remains in the current billing period.
