Do I need a specific kind of laptop or computer?
Most newer laptops will be fine for your classes. We recommend at least 16GB of RAM because most of our services are web-based. 

Can I use a Chromebook or tablet for my coursework?
Tablets and Chromebooks are great in addition to a laptop, but you will not want to rely on one solely for coursework. 

Do I need to buy Microsoft Office?
Roberts provides access to Microsoft Office 365 - just sign in with your Roberts Account. Google Docs is also available, but most instructors require Microsoft Office for submitted assignments. 

Do I need a printer?
No - printing is available in most campus labs, including the Library's 24-hour lab. 

How do I add my Roberts Email to my smartphone?
Download the Gmail app and sign in with your Roberts username and password.
