By using any material from the marketing toolbox you agree to the following conditions:

• Make sure to check if the video is allowed to use for paid media due to music and agency restrictions

• All downloadable assets are for use only to promote Royal Caribbean International cruise sales

• You undertake that when you use advertising with assets from the image archive, you must strictly adhere to the conditions of the respective assets, which include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following conditions: Permitted distribution channel (s); Geographic scope of use; Duration for which an image may be used;  Whether it is necessary to name the author; and Any special conditions or permits that apply to a particular property.
  
  

Notwithstanding compliance with asset usage restrictions that apply to the use of an asset, any advertisement that contains one or more asset from the archive must also be used in strict accordance with the branding guidelines that may be made available to you from time to time. You will indemnify us for any loss we incur as a result of you breaching these terms or your license to use an asset. Losses include, but are not limited to, fines, fees, fees, penalties, costs, expenses, compensations, damages, and expenses. You are solely responsible for all third party charges, including, but not limited to, any balances, fines, fees, or other payments incurred in using any asset outside of the restrictions on an image communicated to you.
