By using the picture archive you agree to the following conditions for the use of the picture archive:

All downloadable images are for use only to promote Royal Caribbean International cruise sales.

You undertake that when using advertising with images from the image archive you must strictly adhere to the conditions of the respective image, which include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following conditions:

• Permitted distribution channel (s);

• Geographic scope of use;

• Duration for which an image may be used;

• Whether it is necessary to name the author; and

• Any special conditions or permits that apply to a particular property.

Notwithstanding compliance with image usage restrictions that apply to the use of an image, any advertisement that contains one or more images from the image archive must also be used in strict accordance with the branding guidelines that may be made available to you from time to time.

You will indemnify us for any loss we incur as a result of you breaching these terms or your license to use an image. Losses include, but are not limited to, fines, fees, penalties, costs, compensations, damages, and expenses.

You are solely responsible for all third party charges, including, but not limited to, any balances, fines, fees, or other payments incurred in using any asset outside of the restrictions on an image communicated to you.
