Perched high above the Airlie Creek walking trail and nestled in the forests of the Conway National Park.

Summit Apartment units command uninterrupted views of the Airlie Beach harbour and township.

The 61 fully furnished 2 bedroom units were originally built as a 1st class Holiday Resort.

Later, the units were strata titled and converted to 61 private residences then sold to individual Investment Rental owners.

4 owner occupiers currently reside on site and of the remaining 57 rental units we Property Manage 53.

Occupancy is predominately permanent residents who are committed to long term rental leases.

Most of our tenants work in or run businesses locally or close to the Whitsunday region.

Units here are either located on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd (top) floors and either, middle of building or end of building.

End of building units have full length glass windows down on 1 side of the living area and 1 direct neighbor next door.

Middle of building units have a full length wall on 1 side of the living area and a neighbor on each side.

Every unit here have virtually the same 2 bedroom floor plan lay out with four 1 bedroom units here as well.

There are 7 buildings that house the 61 residential properties

Our 10 K Watt Solar Panel installation helps to keep our power bills to a minimum.

The pool area has 2 new Weber gas Barbecues and ample outdoor furniture.

My wife Sharleen and I reside on site to oversee the total operation of the Summit Apartments complex.
