"We used Ryan & Nasim to sell our current house and buy our next house. I really wish we had used them long ago when we bought our first home. They both came from a corporate background so they understand true customer service and professionalism and it definitely shows when we worked with them.. something I never experienced when we bought our first home.They do a market analysis specific to each home we were considering making an offer on, and provided us with detailed facts and statistics that would help us decide what the best value would be, without adding any risk on our end.
After making offers on homes, they were in constant contact with us to ensure we didn't have any questions, and if we were comfortable with the process. Once an offer was accepted, Ryan and Nasim both sat down with us to go over what each step looks like in the process up until close of escrow. They checked in to make sure we were following and understood each step. My house selling journey began with RMM Realty, specifically Nasim. She put me at ease, explained the process, put up with my frustrations and showed my home to interested sellers. I had offers that I considered insults, but Nasim explained that it's normal. Eventually, and as Nasim predicted, we got an offer above my asking price. "He is really great to work with because he not only confirms appointments in advance, but he also shows up early. He never wasted our time by looking at places that would not match our needs. He also was very educated and knowledgeable about the market and the communities we were looking in. He always provided multiple options on the pros AND cons of properties which we didn’t get with past realtors.
