Examination: Chest Pain
Findings:
Left Ventricle- Normal LV size and function
Right Ventricle- Normal RV size and function
Left Atrium- Normal LA size and function
Right Atrium- Normal RA size and function
Mitral Valve- No mitral stenosis, or regurgitation
Tricuspid Valve- No Tricuspid stenosis or regurgitation
Aortic Valve- No aortic valve stenosis or regurgitation
Impression:
Normal LV size and function, EF estimated at 55%, Normal RV size, Normal Left and right atrial size. No valvular abnormalities or regurgitation. Negative pericardial effusion, Negative wall motion abnormalities.
