I have been in the industry for over 19 years and with RLO for over 15 years! I am so passionate about the industry and our brand. Making connections with educators, students and Great Clips employees from all over excites me! I love to share my skills and knowledge about the industry to everyone. I can't imagine working anywhere else than RLO, Great Clips. This company has allowed me to grow in my career and makes me love what I do, every day!

I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 2004. I have worked in the industry since. I am passionate about the industry that has shaped me into the woman, mother, daughter, wife, friend, and hard worker that I am today. I have been with RLO for 4 years, and they have grown me into the educator that I am becoming.  I enjoy watching our future professionals grow and learn. I also enjoy growing as an educator, employee, and teammate, for RLO, a company that I proudly work for. 

Hello!  My name is Emily Graham, I am from a small town in Southeast Ohio.  I had the opportunity to study cosmetology in high school and it is the best decision I have ever made!  I have been in the industry for over 5 years now and I would not be where I am today without my amazing instructor and the phenomenal company I work for!  I am excited to share my journey and experience many more years to come as an education specialist!
