Hours & Availability
The library is open 8am-3:07pm Monday through Friday. Students are welcome to spend their morning and lunch recess in the library most days so long as the space is available. Our 4th-6th grade teachers are scheduled for weekly and bi-weekly library visits allocated for students to check out books. The library is also the home to a handful of staff meetings, student testing dates and more.
Policies
Students may check out up to two (2) books at a time for a period of three weeks to a few months. Students are responsible for any items they check out. Students must see the library clerk for any books damaged or lost books. Students may be asked to pay the replacement cost unless other arrangements are made.
Eating and drinking (with the exception of water) are not permitted in the library.
Phones are not allowed in the library during school hours (including breaks and recess)

About the library clerk:
The students in the library call me Ms. T or Ms. Torres. I am the RES library clerk working collaboration with library specialists within Fresno County Superintendent of Schools.
I am excited to get the chance to work with our RES Wrangler community in the library. From suggesting books to extending a space during recess times, I am happy to be of service. After all, the library is for everyone!
