Tonia W. Spaulding, LPC, CPCS, is a licensed professional counselor with

over 27 years of experience within the mental health field.

Tonia served the Dublin City School System as the Director of

Behavioral Health & Wellness Department. Tonia was tasked to design

and implement a Behavioral Health Department, which serves as an

intervention program addressing mental health crisis and interventions

for adolescents and families in a 2,300 school district. 

Prior to working with Dublin City Schools, Tonia served as the District

Clinical Mental Health Counselor for Laurens County Public School

System, Licensed Professional Counselor for Georgia APEX/Community

Service Board of Middle Georgia, Mental Health Counselor/LPC for

Corrections Corporation of America, Director of Counseling for Brewton-

Parker College, Director of In-Home Services for Family Pathways Inc.,

Geriatric Clinical Therapist for MHM Services, and Therapist/Program

Specialist for Treatment Facility. 

Tonia obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and Master

of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling from The Fort Valley

State College, Fort Valley, Georgia.
