RUSD is committed to supporting the well-being of all employees. We offer tailored wellness services, including brief team-based activities, site-specific community circles, and individual coaching. One-on-one coaching is available with our TOSA and certified coach, Diana Twiss, and provides a confidential, collaborative space to support your personal and professional growth.
Virtual Employee Community Circles are also offered throughout the year. These one-hour sessions create a supportive space for reflection and connection through thought-provoking, community-building questions. All you need is your presence and an open heart. To be added to the invite list, email Diana Twiss at dmtwiss@riversideunified.org.
Please Note: Employee Wellness programming pauses during Summer Break. If you're interested in coaching or circles during this time, please reach out directly to Diana Twiss. Full programming will resume in the new school year with more opportunities to connect, reflect, and thrive.
