*All volleyball players who make the team will be enrolled in 1st period volleyball. Please plan your class schedule accordingly. You might need to enroll in summer school in order to make room in your schedule*
*Practices during the school year will remain in the morning and will go through 1st period. You will not be able to have a zero period as this will interfere with practices. Plan ahead and take the classes needed over the summer to make room in your schedule*

What do I need to do to tryout?

Step 1: Sign up on Parent Square
Sign up on remind by clicking here
Step 2: Submit Google Form
Click here to fill out this google form before tryouts. Only submit once.
Step 3: Get Cleared
You need to make an account and upload all the necessary documents to Athletic Clearance by taking a picture of your documents. All documents that need to be filled out are available to download once you make an account.
You will need the following information:

Ramona High
Health Insurance
*DO NOT forget to attach your physical and proof of insurance (insurance card)**
Make sure you take this form to your doctor/clinic to get cleared.

If I am a returning player, do I need to try out again?
Yes.
Do I need to attend both days of tryouts?
There will be cuts after the first day of tryouts, you will find out if you are required to return to tryouts.
Why do I need to get cleared?
This is a district requirement in order to ensure that you are in good health before trying out.
How long is my physical valid for?
Your physical is valid for 1 year.
What do I need to wear to tryouts?
Wear workout or comfortable clothes since we will be doing a lot of physical activity. These include running shoes, athletic leggings or shorts, and a t-shirt. Please come dressed in the color assigned to your grade level.
Why do I need to wear a specific color to tryouts?
We have many girls trying out, wearing your assigned class color will help the coaching staff identify you.
What else do I need to bring to tryouts?
A water bottle, Face Masks are optional.
If I am a virtual student, will I still be able to tryout?
Yes, you can still try out for our volleyball program.
