Welcome Pachappa scholars, families, and community members! It is such an honor to serve Pachappa as Principal. For the past 18 years, I have been an educational leader within RUSD's school system as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, ISS Support Teacher, and Site Administrator. My purpose is to inspire, engage, and empower students to become self-directed learners and leaders that become positive societal contributors. I am passionate about education and believe all students and staff should have a safe, equitable environment to learn and grow.  I am excited to see how we ROAR for our Pachappa Scholars as we celebrate student success and look forward to watching your child shine this year academically, socially, and emotionally. The partnerships we create allow us to connect beyond the classroom walls as a school community, so I look forward to your participation at school events. Let's have a roaring good time learning this year in Tiger Town, Pachappa scholars!

Miss Chelsea Ryder

Hello Pachappa family and community! My name is Chelsea Ryder and I have been a teacher for eleven years. I taught moderate to severe special education for two years and then ventured into the general education world serving students in the primary and upper grades for nine years. Over this time, I have been lucky to be on numerous committees, facilitated various types of meetings, coordinated community events, and been able to put my passions into practice in the classroom. I am a lifelong learner and have wanted to instill that into all of the scholars that I have the privilege of working within and out of the classroom. In this new role, I hope to be a resource, support, and a source of comfort for all the teachers, students, and families here at Pachappa. My door is always open!
