The transfer window for RUSD for the 25-26 school year is closed. IB program transfers require special paperwork, which can be found below.

The transfer window for RUSD takes place in November and December of each year for enrollment in the following school year. The information provided below will be updated in Fall 2025 for students applying to enter IB during the 2026-27 school year.
If North HS is your home high school of residence, then NO TRANSFER is necessary. To be considered for participation in the IB program, simply complete the application for enrollment above.
If you live WITHIN RUSD, but North HS IS NOT your home high school, then you will need to complete, sign, and return this form (in addition to completing the application for enrollment):

Completed intra forms for the upcoming school year must be returned directly to Christine Schive at North HS by the date indicated. You may return forms by these methods:
drop forms off at the North HS front office during business hours (8:00am-4pm M-F)
scan and e-mail to cschive@riversideunified.org
mail forms to:

REMINDER: Completed intra-district transfer forms should be returned to Christine Schive by the deadline.
If you live OUTSIDE OF RUSD, then you must request an inter-district transfer from your district of residence for the school year you will enter high school.
The pending inter-district transfer form will be made available here in early November 2025 for students planning to enter high school and IB in Fall 2026
should be attached to the release you request/receive from your district of residence and both items should be returned directly to RUSD pupil services by the deadline indicated:

If you live OUTSIDE OF RUSD, but your student already attends an RUSD school and you have already completed a District of Choice transfer for 26-27, please complete this form:
