If you do not receive items request according to the supply delivery schedule, ask your clerk to check if your order ready.
This is a request form and does not guarantee you will receive the items requested. Reason you may be denied for an item are as follows: you are not permitted to receive items requested, we do not currently have the item in stock, or you have requested excess amount in a short period of time. If you do not receive items and was not informed as to a reason, inform your platoons supply clerk immediately. Items that are requested and approved will be deliver to you within 1-3 school days unless otherwise stated. Before you return any items, fill out the return form. Returns will be taken care of either during your platoon or after school. All items returned must be in a wearable condition and given in the same manner received: if was given to you with a hanger, return it with a hanger. If at any time during the return process a supply staff member determines items you are returning are in an unsatisfactory condition, your return will be denied until the item is in a satisfactory condition. Cadets will be held liable for all unreturned items, or items returned with unreasonable damage.
