How to Submit a Work Order
Accessing Incident IQ
Visit our District website at riversideunified.org
Hover over to the Staff tab.
Locate and click on the Technology Work Order System link.
Logging Into Incident IQ
After clicking on the link you will be directed to the Incident IQ login page. You can also get to the login page by visiting riversideunified.incidentiq.com
Incident IQ is set up with Google SSO. This means that from the login page you can simply click on the “sign in with Google SSO” option.
You will then see a window asking you to choose a google account. Make sure you choose your riversideunified.org account from the list. If you do not see your account on the list then click on the “use another account option” and sign in with your riversideunified.org account.
Creating A New Ticket
From the dashboard you are going to click on the “new ticket” option on the upper left hand corner.
Filling out the Work Order Form
You will be prompted to choose options that seek to gather more information about the issue/request.
After choosing the issue category you will be taken to a page where you can describe your issue and enter additional information. Provide as much information as possible about the issue.
At the bottom of the page you have the option to attach files or screenshots related to the issue/request. You will need to click on the box and then choose a file from your computer to upload.
When you've filled out all the information click on the "Submit Ticket" option.
Ticket Summary
You will see a page with a summary of the ticket that includes the ticket number.
After reviewing the summary you can click on the “return to the dashboard” option. You will see the most recently submitted ticket at the top of the page.
You can now monitor your email for updates regarding the status of your work order. You can also check the ticket activity section of the work order for real time updates.
