ABOUT

The Global Business Academy is a state-funded California Partnership Academy at John W. North High School. The program focuses on computer skills and business practices with an emphasis on a global economy. Topics of study include computer hardware, computer software, graphic design and various software packages. This academy partners with the US Dept. of Commerce, University of California and Community Colleges. You can be linked to high growth areas of business and enterprise with many opportunities for student employment. Students spend 10th, 11th and 12th grades with a team of dedicated, focused and professional teachers who arrange job-shadowing, field trips and workplace study tours.
