Monthly Workshops 2023-2024 School year
Each month, the counseling team will host workshops in the Eagle's Nest, our Counseling Center. Below are the workshops for this year.
September 13th- Suicide Awareness/Mental Health
October 11th- National Anti-Bullying Activity
November 8th- Gratitude Journaling
**December Break- Workshops will resume 2nd Semester**
January 17th -Guided Meditation Activity
February 7th - Random Acts of Kindness
March 6th - Stay Calm With Coloring
April 17th- Simple Seated Yoga
May 15th- Mental Health Awareness
