- Online athletic registration is required for all student-athletes each year. Register at athleticclearance.com
- Hard copies of Physicals will no longer be accepted.
- Be sure to select the correct sport when registering (High School or Middle School).
- Upload your student-athletes' Physical documents when prompted. Be sure to use clear, unobstructed photos with a clear background only.
- We accept MD, DO, PA or NP Sport Physicals. We DO NOT accept Chiropratic physical per CIF guidelines.
- Physicals are valid for one (1) calendar year (12 months from the date of appointment.)
