All student-athletes must complete an online athletic registration for the new year at athleticclearance.com. Since our High School and Middle School use the same registration platform, please make sure to select the correct sport when registering. Hard copies of Physicals will no longer be accepted. Please upload your student-athletes Physical documents (take clear photos to attach when prompted). We accept MD, DO, PA or NP Sport Physicals. We DO NOT accept Chiropratic physical per CIF guidelines. All physicals are good for a calendar year- 12 months from the date of appointment.
