FOOD ALLERGIES
Please notify your child's school nurse of any food allergies. A food accommodation table is available in the lunchroom. Your child may sit there at your request. If your physician has prescribed emergency medications such as epinephrine and/or benadryl, please see the forms below. The completed forms and medication should be sent in to the school nurse by the first day of school each year.
