I’m so excited to be part of the Cherry Hill community again this year! I’ve absolutely loved teaching and working here, and I can’t wait to continue growing and learning alongside your children.
Before becoming a teacher, I graduated from Marist College in 2022 with a degree in Communications and Public Relations. After a few months in that industry, I realized I wanted to pursue something more fulfilling—and that’s when I discovered my passion for teaching. I entered the field through Rutgers’ Alternate Route program, where I’m currently working toward my standard teaching licensure while teaching full time.
Last year, I taught both kindergarten and first grade as a leave replacement teacher, and before that, I was a substitute teacher in various classrooms. These experiences have helped shape my teaching philosophy, which centers on social-emotional learning and helping students grow into kind, confident human beings—while also learning to read, write, and solve math problems!
When I’m not in the classroom, you can find me spending time with my puppy Tucker and my family, getting lost in a good book, or grabbing a strawberry açaí from Starbucks!
