I believe that Health and Physical Education are one of the most important classes that students can experience in school. I want students to develop a love for exercise and an overall enjoyment of the class. The students will feel safe and comfortable in participating in engaging learning activities. They will learn how to develop the necessary skills that can guide them throughout their sport and active lifestyles.
