Welcome to Riverdale High School! This trimester we will explore what it means to be part of the Riverdale community and hone the skills needed for success in high school and beyond.

Freshman Academy is a required course that will support students entering high school
and provide instruction to facilitate academic success throughout RHS and beyond.
Strengthen academic skills including research, organization, study, and test-taking skills.
Build communication and group work skills.
Learn about the value of service and participate in service opportunities.
Reflect on current strengths and interests to develop a personal education plan.

Students practiced group work and project management skills to present the CES Habits of Mind.
9th-grade students learned about the college and career tools available in Naviance from RHS college counselor Robert Lovvorn.
