River City's Virtual Studio FAQs

Things to keep in mind

  • Virtual learning is a MAJOR adjustment for our communities and technical difficulties may arise. Please be patience with us and your young children being that they do not have the compacity to understand "technical diffculties"
  • If you are experiencing freezing, lagging, missing video, etc. First please exit the class meeting and re-enter. If this continues restart your device and check your internet connection. If the issue proceeds the host will ask all participates to turn off their video and continue the class. (Please keep in mind that 6:00- 8:00 PM are "HIGH CALL" hours for our host "ZOOM" which may greatly be the cause of the connection issues. They are activity working to correct these issue however we have to be patience as they to are of a high demand over night)
  • Last having a Ethernet cord lapse lagging for most cases.
  • Link for LIVE classes. If you are a current student the link for your LIVE classes is conveniently accessible through your portal. Click the video icon under "Schedule" when you log into your "portal".
