Our Foresight Market Summary report provides a preliminary look at a given location with an opinion as to whether incurring the expense of a full trade area survey is warranted. If a full trade area survey is ordered within six months of the issuance of the market summary report, the expense of the market summary is deducted from the expense of the full trade area survey.
