1) Make time to look after yourself – eat healthily and sleep well.
2. Listen to music, read a book or watch a film. Join a virtual club or chat about the music, book or film with a friend.
3. Text or have a regular video call with friends or family.
4. Have a socially distanced cup of tea or hot chocolate (with marshmallows and cream!) with a friend.
5. Get some fresh air! Go for a walk in the park or get active. When we’re allowed, you could join a sports team.
6. Do some baking on zoom with a friend or join a virtual crafts club.
7. Find ways to relax. Some ways you could try are drawing, taking a nap, listening to music, singing.
8. Write a letter, or a story or poem and send it to a friend or family.
9. Play Xbox live with friends.
10. Smile at others and say hi to your neighbours. They may be lonely too.
