The Ririe Bulldog Shootout was founded in 2022 as a way to bring teams from around the state to eastern Idaho to participate in a fun, in-season tournament that provided quality competition and a great atmosphere, while giving teams an opportunity to play in a multi-team event that didn’t take place during the Christmas holiday break. In 2025, we elected to move to a varsity only format for both the boys and girls, with West Jefferson High School taking over the JV portion of the tournament.
