If you would like to join a video meeting for assistance, you will need to enable your microphone in your browser. You also have the option of enabling your camera. (Alert may appear different on each browser)
You will also need to unmute the microphone within ConexED once you've entered the video call. (Alert may appear different on each browser)
If the microphone is red, you are muted; if the microphone is white, you are unmuted.
If the camera is red, your video is off/disabled; if the camera is white, your camera is on/enabled.
If your Video/ Microphone is not working. Please check to see if they are enabled. You will click on the lock pad icon left of the URL. Check below image.Â
