All referrals must be sent thru NERP Referral Portal or else referrals will be tagged as invalid
Give us two (2) weeks or fourteen (14) days processing time for your referrals
We are updating the file on a bi-weekly basis
Referral follow-up that is not within the two (2) week timeline will not be entertained
