・Elevators are not placed in the building. Showers and the kitchen are placed on the 1st floor. Laundry rooms are located on the 1st floor. The laundry rooms are open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. While washing machines can be used free of charge, you must pay for the dryers. 

・You must take off your shoes when you enter Rikkyo Global House and you need to wear slippers/indoor sandals. If you don’t have time to buy any upon arrival, it may be better for you to bring a pair.

・Spring Late March – July 31 (4 months)　 Approximately  ￥163,000

・Fall September 1 – February 29 (6 months)　Approximately ￥205,000

※1　The dormitory fee includes utility fee, Internet fee and cleaning fee. However, you will be charged for the amount of electricity that exceeds 100kWh per month.

※2　If you wish to reside in the dormitory for one academic year, you are required to make a payment for the additional dormitory fee as follows.

・ If you continue to reside from spring semester to fall semester

　　The dormitory fee (approximately ￥210,000) for August to February (7 months) must be paid by the end of July.

・ If you continue to reside from fall semester to spring semester

　　The dormitory fee (approximately ￥150,000) for March to July (5 months) must be paid by the end of February.

※3　Special international students  can stay at the dormitories at a special price. This is because Rikkyo covers a part of the dormitory fees. 

The optional service (bedding rental) fee is payable after you arrive in Japan at convenience stores in cash all at once. Credit card payment is not available. 

◎Bedding rental ○

You can apply for bedding rental as an optional service. Bedclothes leasing includes a comforter, a pillow, and a bed sheet. Bed sheets can be exchanged on a regular basis. Prior application is necessary for bedclothes leasing. After receipt of application, cancellation will not be accepted, and there will be no refund for cancellation.

・As for Rikkyo Global House, a mattress is placed in each room regardless whether you apply for the service or not.

◎Meal Plan ×

Meals are not served at Rikkyo Global House. Kitchens are not installed in each room but there is one shared kitchen on the 1st floor. Please be considerate of others when using the kitchen.
