Conference venue
The conference venue is the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan (NAOJ), Mitaka campus, Lecture Room (Main Building, North).

- Temporary closure of the main gate and entry via the rear gate.
The main gate was temporarily closed due to construction work. All entry and exit will be through the rear gate.
If you are arriving by bus, please get off at the "Tenmondai-Ura" bus stop.

- Access from the rear gate
Enter through the rear gate and walk straight; you will find the temporary guard house on the left side.
At the guard house, you will receive a temporary access card by stating that you are attending the "Liaison Meeting with MPA and NAOJ" and presenting an ID card (such as a passport).
*Do not forget to return the card to the Guard House on the last day of your visit.
You will find the main building by following the map below. Please use the temporary access card to enter.
The lecture room is immediately to the right upon entering the main entrance of the main building.

The NAOJ Mitaka campus is conveniently located near the Musashi-Sakai station or Chohu station.
