Source Utilization:
On hard copies of the maps listed above every village located successfully is highlighted. In the German-Russian Handbook a similar procedure is used. There every village dealt with successfully is check (√ ) marked in pencil.
Earlier coordinates were centered directly above the village's name. Now whenever possible coordinates pinpoint the village's founding location. More often than not this has been achieved via online historical maps as recorded on each colony data sheet with the map's URL in column 'AN', Sources . . . . . (far right).
Since October 2018 rarely have someone else's geographical coordinates been copied!
Auf den oben genannten Karten ist jedes erfolgreich gelegene Dorf auf Papier markiert. Im deutsch-russischen Handbuch wird ein ähnliches Verfahren verwendet. Dort wird jedes erfolgreich bearbeitete Dorf mit Bleistift gekennzeichnet.
Frühere Koordinaten wurden direkt über dem Namen des Dorfes zentriert. Jetzt, wann immer es möglich ist, koordiniere ich die Koordinaten, um den Gründungsstandort des Dorfes zu bestimmen. Meistens wurde dies über historische Karten erreicht. Die Referenz habe ich in der Tabellenspalte Sources (ganz rechts) dokumentiert, falls möglich auch mit einer URL.
Seit 2018 werden selten die geografischen Koordinaten eines Anderen kopiert!
