Welcome to Ridgway Elementary School! 

I'm starting my 5th year as a Mental Health Counselor for Ridgway School District. .  You can find my classroom/office in the library, room 106 or reach me at 970-318-0732.  I am grateful to be able to work and live in this wonderful community. I have worked in education for over 30 years in CO, NM, AZ, and UT.  I'm looking forward to a great yearI 

As the mental health counselor, I'm here to support the social emotional needs of all students and families.  I will be teaching weekly social emotional lessons (SEL) with each class using a variety of curriculums and resources. I am also available for small group sessions and individual counseling, to help support students' academic and social emotional needs.  Please check out my website for resources on social and emotional learning and mental wellness.
