Taking Next Steps
As a follow-up to the district professional development training, the Staff DEI Subcommittee collaborated with Third Culture People on a staff survey to assess the professional culture of our district. Common threads from the first four training sessions are being analyzed to identify priorities and determine actionable steps to address them.
