Hello families! My name is Mx. Mary Perfect, and this is my third year teaching at Ridgeview. I'm very excited about moving to third grade, and I look forward to a positive year where your students and I can grow and learn together in an inclusive environment.
I graduated from Illinois State University Spring 2021 with a Bachelors in Elementary Education and an endorsement in English as a Second Language. I also had the opportunity to student teach for a whole year through Unit 5 in Normal! I can't wait to share my passion for education with you and your students this upcoming year!
When I'm not at school I love spending time with friends, watching rugby, reading books, and enjoying time with my dog Archie.
Classroom Message
I expect this year will have a lot of growth coming from the students and myself as well. I believe in an inclusive space that everyone is able to learn in. One of the number one things that takes priority in my classroom is respect! Building relationships and making a productive work environment all come with bringing respect to the table.
Classroom DESIGN
I plan to create an engaging environment that will foster discussion and activities that everyone can participate in and enjoy! I strive to have equitable ways for students to participate and engage throughout the whole school day!
