About Me

I am so excited to start my 15th year at Ridgeview and my 30th year overall as a teacher. During my ten years at Ridgeview, I have served three years as the elementary principal, six years as a 5th grade classroom teacher, and this will be  my fourth year as a math and reading interventionist. 

My first fifteen years  in education were spent in the Athens school district where I taught 3rd grade for three years, 5th grade for nine years, and served as the high school athletic director for three years. 

I live in Colfax with my wife Patti, our daughters Josie (16) and Lucy (12), and our dog Vivian (10).
