NJ state agency that can provide supports and services to individuals 21 years of age or older with an intellectual or developmental disability (I/DD)
NJ state agency that can provide supports and services to individuals 21 years of age or older with an intellectual or developmental disability (I/DD)
Eligibility is based on the intake application and NJ CAT assessment plus Medicaid eligibility
Works with students with disabilities who will need help in planning for, getting and keeping a job
Initial referral through school or parent, plus application and intake appointment
NJ Transit's ADA paratransit program, for people with disabilities who are unable to use the bus or light rail
Individual must apply and be certified to use this program
Highly recommended for individuals with I/DD who turn 18 years old and expect to pursue supports and services through DDD
Apply online through website once 18 years of age
Provides information and support to individuals with disabilities including NJ ABLE, PPP
