Before you begin completing our new online building rental form, please be sure you have the following items ready:

1. Know what type/class rental your group is.  Descriptions can be found by clicking HERE.

2. Know the associated rental fee(s) for the space you are renting.  The updated fee structure can be found by clicking HERE.

3. Have a current Certificate of Insurance ready - you will need to upload to the site before you can be approved for rental.  If we have your COI on file, we will take care of this step for you (Parks & Rec, PTA, Town Offices, etc.)

4. Board of Education Policy: Use of School Buildings and Grounds, According to Policy 1330

5. If you have any questions or difficulty with our new form, please reach out to Nancy Gherna at ngherna@ridgefieldps.net
