A Few Reminders for your NHS Application
Your hard copy application must be turned in to Mr. Goetz or Mr. Peterson by the deadline. We do not take late applications.
Your community service and leadership references must sign your hard copy application in order to verify that you completed the activities and roles that you discuss in your application. Please complete your application early so that you have time to get your references to sign your application.
Do not “Double Dip” for your leadership and community service. Please use different examples for both sections.
For your descriptions of LEADERSHIP, please write a thorough description of how you initiated and then implemented the activity or project. Remember we DO NOT count FUTURE leadership opportunities.
All communication about eligibility and acceptance will be done through your ridgefieldps.net email and PowerSchool so please check your school email regularly.
The RHS chapter of the National Honors Society does not require any money or payment to join. If you receive a request for money to be able to join an organization similar to NHS, they are not affiliated with us.
