Use the Chrome browser ******
Try another device (home computer)
Review the information below
Email the classroom teacher. They will then contact the RPS helpdesk if support is still need. The Helpdesk will then reach out to parent/student for support.
Testing Microphone issues?
Open up google doc and choose Tools, Voice typing. If it works, then it is not a hardware issue.
Websites will prompt you to 'allow' microphone access. If you choose block by accident, clear the chromebook history.
