RHS SENIOR FIELD DAY

Where: Tiger Hollow 2 & Grass Field

When: Friday, May 8th

What: Food Trucks, Kickball, Senior Mural, Craft Stations, Dunk Tank, etc.

RHS SENIOR INTERNSHIPS

Internship Begins May 11th OR After AP exams
After the last day, Students will attend AP classes ONLY until the exam
Be sure your application is complete!
Don’t forget your Internship Responsibilities--like staying in touch with your faculty mentor!

RHS SENIOR PROM

Friday, May 29th at the Serafresca at the IC

7pm - 10pm, Doors Close @ 8pm. Students will be breathalyzed

All obligations must be cleared prior to purchase.
Bring Student ID & electronic ticket
Bringing a non-RHS Student? Complete and submit SOBER form before purchasing ticket. Find them in SLO

Senior AWARDS & SCHOLARSHIPS

Wednesday, June 3rd 6pm Awards, 7pm Scholarships
Students receiving recognition will be invited
- Two separate events
  - If you have been chosen for an award, you will get an email
  - If you have been awarded a scholarship, you will get a letter in the mail
Look out to see if you’ve been selected just one week before!
Awards Ceremony Arrival Time is 5:45 p.m. Ceremony begins at 6:00
Scholarship Ceremony Arrival Time is 6:45 p.m. Ceremony begins at 7:00

Enjoy a celebratory dinner - Get your Yearbook! This is your one opportunity to have your peers sign your yearbook and be together as a class before graduation.

All student fees/obligations must be cleared

CAP & GOWN DISTRIBUTION

Wednesday June 10th, Thursday, June 11th and Friday June 12th
Students will have to come back to RHS (SLO) during internship
Your commencement fee pays for your cap & gown
Must clear ALL obligations, including lunch fees and the senior survey on Naviance
Graduates can only pick up their cap & gown - if other arrangements need to be made, please email the Student Life Office
Time: 12 noon - 2:30pm

RPS ELEMENTARY GRAD WALKS

The elementary grad walks will be taking place during the two weeks before graduation. The PTSA works with each individual school to develop a plan for the grad walk. Please look out for an email for directions on how to sign up/register and information specific to each school.

SENIOR INTERNSHIP SYMPOSIUM

Seniors will present about their internship experience - specific date, time and locations will be announced in early spring
Assigned to rooms and times based on advisory.
Slides due in Class of 2026 Classroom 1 week before.
Get ready to celebrate and share your internship experience with your advisory group.

GRADUATION REHEARSAL

Tuesday, June 16th

Arrive to the Student Center & Find Your Place in Line
- Line Up Alphabetically - last name
- Must park in B lot and enter through Promenade entrance
- All Students Receive Two Parking Passes & Four Bleacher Graduation Tickets
  - Other guests can sit in the grass area or stand behind the fence
  - Make a plan to carpool - every graduate gets ONLY two parking passes
  - Only graduates are permitted to enter between 4-5pm. All other guests arrive after 5pm
MUST attend rehearsal to receive your graduation tickets and your parking tickets
We will rehearse both the possible indoor ceremony and the outdoor ceremony

POST GRAD PARTY

Wednesday, June 17th
Students & families must complete and submit the waiver to attend
FREE for students! - Win prizes, raffles, food, more!
Get ready to celebrate with your peers the night of graduation!
