Rube Goldberg Makerspace Challenge
Your challenge is to create a Rube Goldberg contraption in which the end result is dropping a bar of soap into a bucket of water.
A Rube Goldberg contraption is a crazy contraption which through a series of chain reactions accomplishes a simple task in the most complicated and funniest way possible.
Rules: On the official Rube Goldberg website there is currently a "Bar of Soap Video Challenge". The ERMSLLC challenge will be similar, but you have to submit your video to the LLC Google Classroom, and you do not have to have to show people in your video. Just dropping a bar of soap into water is enough. Other differences include how your contraption will be scored. For every chain reaction you have you will be awarded 10 points and for every recycled material you use you will be awarded 2 points. The person or group with the most points wins. Videos need to be submitted by May 1st, however videos can be submitted early and will be given an extra point for every weekday prior to May 1st.
