Condosta has been teaching geoscience and astronomy at Ridgefield High School since 1996. In 2002, Condosta completed a Fulbright Fellowship to observe public schools in Japan and in 2005, he was selected as Ridgefield's Teacher of the Year.  Condosta has developed  curricula and teaching materials for the following organizations:
